Chronic Kidney Disease is the conditions that kidneys are damaged and decrease their function, which is filtering blood the way they should.  



Symptoms of Chronic Kidney Disease

  • Fell more tired
  • Have itching and dry skin
  • Muscle cramping at night
  • Nausea and vomitig
  • Not fell hungry
  • Swelling in your feet and ankles
  • Too much urine or not enough urine
  • Have puffiness around eyes
  • Trouble with sleeping and catching breath
  • Have a poor appetite

Causes of CKD

  • More risk of CKD is who has diabetes and high blood pressure.
  • Who has heart disease
  • Genetic, having a family member with kidney disease.

The treatment of CKD

  • Control blood sugar (who has diabetes)
  • Keep a healthy blood pressure
  • Low salt and low fat diet
  • Exercise at least 30 minutes most days of a week
  • No smoking or use tobacco
  • Limit alchol
  • High triglycerides and cholesterol.
