Chronic Kidney Disease is the conditions that kidneys are damaged and decrease their function, which is filtering blood the way they should.Symptoms of Chronic Kidney Disease
- Fell more tired
- Have itching and dry skin
- Muscle cramping at night
- Nausea and vomitig
- Not fell hungry
- Swelling in your feet and ankles
- Too much urine or not enough urine
- Have puffiness around eyes
- Trouble with sleeping and catching breath
- Have a poor appetite
Causes of CKD
- More risk of CKD is who has diabetes and high blood pressure.
- Who has heart disease
- Genetic, having a family member with kidney disease.
The treatment of CKD
- Control blood sugar (who has diabetes)
- Keep a healthy blood pressure
- Low salt and low fat diet
- Exercise at least 30 minutes most days of a week
- No smoking or use tobacco
- Limit alchol
- High triglycerides and cholesterol.

Nelson Mandela

However Mandela was able to finish his degree and qualified as a Lawyer. In 1952 Mandela and Tambo opened the first Black Law firm in South Africa.
In Treason Trial Mandela and several others were Conducting their own defence they eventually proved to be victorious.
In 1993 Nelson Mandela was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.
He is one of the few politicians who have gone beyond a political role; he is widely admired and has received many prestigious awards.

However on 10 May 1994 Nelson Mandela was inaugurated as the first democratically elected State President of South Africa on and was President until June 1999.
- Whilst at university Nelson Mandela became increasingly aware of the unjust nature of South African Society.

- Mandela had to resign from the ANC and work underground.
- in 1960 the Sharpeville massacre of 63 black South African’s
- However by 1962 Mandela had been arrested and sentenced to life imprisonment in the notorious Robben Island prison.
- Although negotiations were painfully slow and difficult, they eventually led to Mandela’s release in 1990. It was an emotional moment watched by millions around the globe.
- Nelson Mandela recently lost his eldest son to this disease and Mandela has worked hard to campaign on this issue.

It is helping me to improve my listening skill and reading skill. It is best way to listen because they speak clearly with correct pronunciation. Also, it gave some important points to talking. Furthermore it has activities to test your learning . It is so interesting because it has many listening episodes with different topics. Each episodes have languages that people use their everyday life. I would use it again and I will listen another episodes.
